Information we collect
We may collect the following information: on our website or over the phone when placing an order:

• name
• contact information including email address and telephone number
• address and postcode
• calls may be recorded for training and quality reasons
• card or payment details if you make a purchase (please note when placing an order through our website you will be transferred to a third party gateway, Arthur Atkinson do not hold your payment details we only receive confirmation when the payment is processed and complete like wise with card payments over the phone no card numbers are stored)
• details of your purchases you make and goods you require are stored for accounting purposes only

What we do with the information we gather
We use this information in the course of our business and in connection with delivering goods to you:

• to take payment for the goods you order.  Please note that all payment and card data we may take is managed by a third party
• answer your enquiries
• contact you to make or discuss delivery or to take legal action for non-payment of goods supplied.

We do not collect any personal information from you that we do not need to facilitate these tasks.

How long we store your data
We will store your data for as long as necessary for the original purpose of holding it. The data may be deleted in the following circumstances:

If you have ordered goods through Arthur Atkinson, we will use your information in order to fulfil our contract with you.
